No, the Pendant does not come with the chain. You do have the option to purchase a solid gold or gold-plated chain.

14K or 18K
To create a solid gold pendant. We need to create a 2D or 3D drawing and molding. Due to our high volume of orders. It can take up to 4 weeks. If the merchandise needs to be rushed. Please contact us directly.
Color Laser: Your photo in full color is permanently lasered onto your charm. This process is the most detailed. Engraving: A combination of our trained computer experts, and our engraving machinery will engrave your pendant precisely, with much detail. The engraved process gives your pendant a hologram look that sparkles when worn.

No, only Solid gold 14k or 18k gold. We don’t do custom gold-plated jewelry.
Yes, we accept customers’ requirements for size, design, color, and material.
It is usually about 20-30 days after receiving the advance payment.

We are a professional printing manufacturer who can custom print pillowcases, beach towels, blankets, tote bags, mousepads, wall scrolls,
T-shirt and hoodie. Give us your idea and we can make it happen.
Most of our products are washable. We will always recommend dry cleaning. Cold water washing.
The technics we’re using are Digital printing / Heat transfer sublimation, all the printed designs won’t fade easily for daily use and regular washing even after a long time.
After 24 hours no cancellations will be accepted on custom orders. before shipping. Returns are not offered on custom orders. If your custom order arrives damaged contact me within 2 business days and send photos of the damaged item to leo@clubmars.space. If we deem the item must be returned for inspection it must be returned within 7 business days and return shipping costs will be paid for by Club Mars LLC. If the item is not returned within 7 business days no refunds will be issued.
